FAST ASLEEP

La siguiente serie de IPAs de contraste utiliza dos lúpulos clásicos: Simcoe y Citra. El Simcoe domina el lúpulo seco aquí, pero con la ayuda de Citra esta IPA muestra fuertes notas de melocotón, seguidas de pomelo rosa y guayaba, y finalmente un toque de pino al final. El otro lado es todo Centennial, que es un lúpulo más de la vieja escuela, pero sin duda puede casar con la nueva corriente. En el whirlpool se aporta hermosas notas florales y cítricas que complementan el lúpulo del otro lado. La base para todo esto son toneladas de copos de trigo y avena que aportan esponjosidad al proceso.

This next contrast series of IPA’s uses two stone cold classic hops: Simcoe and Citra. Simcoe dominates the dry hop here but with back up from Citra this IPA throws big peachy notes, followed by pink grapefruit and guava and then a hint of pine on the back end. The hot side is all Centennial, which is a more old school hop but can certainly still hang with the new crowd. In the whirlpool it contributes beautiful floral and citrus notes that compliment the cold side hopping. The platform for all this is tonnes of flaked wheat and oats bringing the fluffiness to proceedings.
