MAD PONY. Nuestra primera colaboración con Caravelle ha tardado demasiado en llegar. Y es un doble golpe. Una cerveza en Garage HQ y otra en Caravelle. La cerveza de Garage es un estilo que nunca hemos elaborado pero que encaja bien con la cervecería y la temporada de frío. Una Hoppy Red o Red IPA, lo que más te guste. Como una IPA de la Costa Oeste pero con un carácter de malta más pronunciado y un hermoso tono rojo cobrizo. Eso no significa que el lúpulo pase a un segundo plano. Todavía hay un montón de ellos y bailan perfectamente con el carácter mejorado de la malta para crear una IPA tan invernal como se puede conseguir. Las notas de savia de pino, cáscara de naranja confitada y pomelo rosa en primer plano, con un montón de matices florales, hacen de esta una gran cerveza de temporada alternativa a la tradicional de invierno.

Our first collab with Caravelle has been far too long in coming. And it’s a double whammy. One brew at Garage HQ and another at Caravelle. The Garage beer is a style that we have never brewed but fits the brewery and the cooler season well. A Hoppy Red . Or Red IPA , whichever floats your boat. Like a West Coast IPA but with a more pronounced malt character and a beautiful copper red hue. That doesn’t mean that the hops take a back seat. There’s still plenty of them in there and they are dancing beautifully with the enhanced malt character to create as wintery an IPA as you could get. Notes of pine sap, candied orange peel and pink grapefruit to the fore with plenty of floral undertones make this a great alternative seasonal beer to the traditional winter warmer.
