\u00a1Pat y Jumbo son una pareja legendaria! Contactamos con ellos con ganas de hacer una birra juntos aqu\u00ed en Barcelona. Como muchos, pasamos mucho tiempo viendo contenido cervecero en redes, y sus cervezas destacaban. Un colega que vive en las Blue Mountains cerca de S\u00eddney nos confirm\u00f3 lo que sospech\u00e1bamos: hacen birrotes. Y uno en particular brillaba: su Oat Cream IPA.<\/p>\n

Con una videollamada tempranera (y pintas de desayuno para Dan), pusimos en marcha esta colaboraci\u00f3n tan esperada. \u00bfLo mejor? \u00a1Tambi\u00e9n la van a elaborar y lanzar ellos a la vez en Australia!<\/p>\n

BEEPSTORM es una Oat Cream IPA con mucho cuerpo (\u00a1ojo, no es apta para veganos!) con notas c\u00edtricas y frutos rojos gracias al l\u00fapulo Cashmere y Mosaic. Todo sobre una base suave de mel\u00f3n y coco del l\u00fapulo HBC 1019. Como orde\u00f1ar una planta de l\u00fapulo y tirarle una macedonia encima.<\/p>\n

Prep\u00e1rate para turbidez, cremosidad y una explosi\u00f3n de sabor.<\/p>\n

Pat and Jumbo \u2013 what a legendary duo! We reached out to them wanting to make a beer together here in Barcelona. Like many people, we spend a lot of time browsing craft beer content on social media, and their beers really stood out. A friend of ours who lives in the Blue Mountains near Sydney vouched for their quality \u2013 especially one: their iconic Oat Cream IPA.<\/p>\n

So, with a very early morning Zoom call for Dan (breakfast pints included), we kicked off this exciting collab. Even better? It’s also being brewed and released by them in Australia at the same time. Double launch!<\/p>\n

BEEPSTORM is a full-bodied Oat Cream IPA (not vegan-friendly, sorry!) with bold citrus and berry notes from Cashmere and Mosaic hops. It\u2019s balanced by a smooth backbone of honeydew melon and coconut from the HBC 1019 hop. It\u2019s like squeezing fresh hop juice straight from the vine and tossing in a tropical fruit salad.<\/p>\n
