MORPHEME es nuestra nueva IPA cremosa<\/strong> elaborada junto a los cracks de OLOGY Brewing Co.<\/strong> (Tallahassee, Florida). Una IPA de 7%<\/strong> con Riwaka, Riwaka Hopkief y Bru-1<\/strong>, resultado de un viaje intercostal del Pac\u00edfico en busca de los mejores l\u00fapulos.
Con un 30% de avena y trigo en copos<\/strong>, y un toque de Chit Malt, logramos ese cuerpo p\u00e1lido y sedoso que acompa\u00f1a las notas tropicales, de maracuy\u00e1, pomelo rosado y un punto dank<\/strong> que aporta el Riwaka de Nueva Zelanda.
Para potenciar a\u00fan m\u00e1s el aroma, usamos Riwaka Hopkief de Freestyle Hops<\/strong>, un dry hop criog\u00e9nico a\u00f1adido al final de la maduraci\u00f3n. Lo combinamos con Bru-1<\/strong> de EE.UU., que refuerza el perfil de pi\u00f1a y hierbas frescas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Amb un 30% de civada i blat en flocs<\/strong>, i un toc de Chit Malt, aconseguim un cos p\u00e0l\u00b7lid i suau que acompanya les notes tropicals, de fruita de la passi\u00f3, aranja rosa i un punt herbaci<\/strong> del Riwaka de Nova Zelanda.
Per donar-hi encara m\u00e9s aroma, fem servir Riwaka Hopkief de Freestyle Hops<\/strong>, un dry hop criog\u00e8nic afegit al final de la maduraci\u00f3. El combinem amb Bru-1<\/strong> dels EUA, que aporta un perfil de pinya i herbes fresques<\/strong>.
Una col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 perfecta entre dues cerveseres apassionades pel coneixement i la innovaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n

MORPHEME is our new Creamy IPA<\/strong> brewed in collaboration with OLOGY Brewing Co.<\/strong> from Tallahassee, Florida. A 7% IPA<\/strong> packed with Riwaka, Riwaka Hopkief, and Bru-1<\/strong>, born from a Pacific intercoastal hop adventure.
With 30% flaked oats and wheat<\/strong> and a touch of Chit malt, it delivers a smooth, pale, and creamy body<\/strong> bursting with tropical passionfruit, pink grapefruit, and a hint of dank<\/strong> from the New Zealand Riwaka.
We sourced Riwaka Hopkief<\/strong> from our friends at Freestyle Hops<\/strong>, a cryogenic liquid dry hop added during conditioning for that extra aromatic punch.
