SOUNDSCAPES: DIPA con Finback (New York, USA)<\/strong>
Cada a\u00f1o en MASH<\/strong> tenemos el placer de reencontrarnos con viejos amigos cerveceros, y esta vez repetimos con Finback<\/strong>, los reyes de Nueva York. Esta es ya nuestra tercera colaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong> con ellos en Barcelona. La \u00faltima vez hicimos un pastry stout<\/strong> bien potente, pero esta vez volvemos a nuestras ra\u00edces: una Double IPA p\u00e1lida, suave y jugosa<\/strong>.
Para SOUNDSCAPES<\/strong> usamos una combinaci\u00f3n de Strata (+CGX)<\/strong>, Columbus (+CGX)<\/strong> y Mosaic (+CRYO)<\/strong>. Un tr\u00edo brutal que aporta fresa, frutos rojos, mel\u00f3n, frutas tropicales y ese toque \u201cdank\u201d que tanto nos gusta, entre resinoso y herbal. El resultado: una DIPA intensa, afrutada y con alma de concierto de rock, con cuerpo esponjoso y final limpio.<\/p>\n

At MASH<\/strong>, we love reuniting with old friends, and this marks our third collab<\/strong> with Finback<\/strong>, the kings of New York. The last time we brewed together, it was a thick pastry stout \u2014 this time, we\u2019re going back to our roots with a pillowy pale Double IPA<\/strong>.
SOUNDSCAPES<\/strong> features a hop trio of Strata (+CGX)<\/strong>, Columbus (+CGX)<\/strong> and Mosaic (+CRYO)<\/strong>, delivering strawberry, red berries, melon, tropical fruit, and that unmistakable dank edge. Fruity and resinous, it\u2019s like a rock concert in a glass \u2014 loud, juicy, and unforgettable.<\/p>\n

L\u2019\u00faltima vegada vam fer un pastry stout<\/strong> dens i intens, per\u00f2 ara tornem a les arrels amb una Double IPA p\u00e0l\u00b7lida, suau i esponjosa<\/strong>.
Per a SOUNDSCAPES<\/strong>, hem fet servir Strata (+CGX)<\/strong>, Columbus (+CGX)<\/strong> i Mosaic (+CRYO)<\/strong>, que aporten maduixa, fruits vermells, mel\u00f3, fruita tropical i un toc \u201cdank\u201d resin\u00f3s.
