Garage Universitat es un lugar donde las leyes de espacio tiempo no aplican. Las leyendas del Downtempo Son. & Raul Naro, nos transportan a un viaje sonoro donde ritmos y paisajes etéreos desdibujan la línea entre el atardecer y el amanecer.

ACCIDENTAL VORTEX es nuestra segunda West Coast Pils, una máquina del lúpulo limpia y peligrosa, que realmente resalta 3 lúpulos emblema de la revolución americana de las IPAs: Centennial, Amarillo y Cascade. Quisimos hacer una bomba de lúpulo super bebible que tenga grandes notas a cítricos y pino y lo logramos a saco. Los tres lúpulos que recién mencionamos nos traen notas a pomelo, mandarina, pino y notas florales. Elaborada como una german pils en todos los sentidos menos en el lupulado: Agua suave, malta alemana. fermentación a baja temperatura con nuestra cepa de leva de lager, pero con capas y capas de lúpulos ideales para las West Coast. ACCIDENTAL VORTEX is our second West Coast Pils. This is one lean, mean hoppy machine that really highlights three stalwart hops of the American IPA revolution; Centennial, Amarillo and Cascade. We wanted an easy drinking hop bomb that is big on citrus and pine notes and this delivers just that. The three aforementioned hops bring grapefruit, tangerine, pine and plenty of floral notes too. This was brewed like a German Pils in all aspects apart from hopping; Soft water, high quality German malt, cold fermentation with our house lager strain but given lashings of West Coast IPA style hops. When you want that hop hit but with a light body and lower abv, this is the beer you need.
