CHEAP TRICK. La cerveza original del Oktoberfest. Una cerveza de color entre dorado y cobrizo era la del Oktoberfest hasta principios de los años 90, cuando la Festbier moderna, más pálida, la usurpó. La Marzen es una celebración de las hermosas maltas Viena y Múnich, que son maltas base tostadas a un grado más alto que imparten mucha corteza de pan y caracteres de galleta. El lúpulo se utiliza únicamente para equilibrar la cerveza y en cantidad suficiente para proporcionar el amargor necesario para un final limpio.

The original Oktoberfest beer. A deeper golden to copper beer was the drink at oktoberfest up until the early 1990’s when the modern, paler Festbier usurped it. Marzen is a celebration of beautiful Vienna and Munich malts that are base malts toasted to a higher degree imparting lots of rich bread crust and biscuity characters. Hops are used only for balance here and in just sufficient quantity to provide enough bitterness to give a clean finish.
