Circus Tears fue probablemente la primera vez que nos adentramos en el territorio pastry en Garage y fue un auténtico éxito para el público, así que pensamos que era hora de volver a revisitarla. La composición de malta sigue siendo la misma, con sus complejas notas de chocolate negro, café y frutos rojos secos. La única diferencia en esta cerveza es que en los últimos años hemos encontrado vainilla de mejor calidad, que realmente es la protagonista en esta cerveza, realzando todos los demás sabores sofisticados y redondeando el cuerpo. Combinada con los pistachos y el azúcar de la leche, se obtiene una especie de helado de pistacho que nos flipa.
Circus Tears was probably the first venture into real pastry territory for us at Garage and it was a real crowd pleaser so we figured it was time for a revisit. The malt bill remains the same with it’s complex notes of dark chocolate, coffee and dried red fruits. The only difference in this brew is that in the intervening years we have found better quality vanilla which really stars in this beer enhancing all of the other luxurious flavours and rounding out the body. Combined with the pistachio nuts and milk sugar you get a pistachio ice cream float type of feeling that we really dig.
