GOLD FLAKES.Una gran DIPA requiere grandes lúpulos y no hay nada más grande que Citra y Galaxy. Sobre una base de malta suave y suave, esta DIPA es reforzada con Citra y Galaxy Spectrum al principio de la fermentación, seguida de una segunda ronda de lúpulo con Citra Cryo y T90 junto con Galaxy T90. Esta cerveza desprende notas de fruta de hueso y piña, con cítricos y pera de fondo.

A big DIPA requires the big hops and they don’t get much bigger than Citra and Galaxy. Over a smooth and pillowy malt base this is hit with both CItra and Galaxy Spectrum early in fermentation followed by a secondround of hopping with Citra Cryo and T90 along with Galaxy T90. This onw bellows out stone fruit and pineapple notes with citrus and pear in the background.
