LA SALUT. La IPA DB de este mes es una combinación clásica de lúpulos que se complementan muy bien: Citra y Loral. A todos nos encantan las notas cítricas y de frutas tropicales de la Citra, pero con la Loral de por medio el lúpulo estrella se eleva a otro nivel. Incluso más parecido a Citra que Citra. Realza las notas cítricas y tropicales y añade una dimensión herbal que realmente redondea el perfil general del lúpulo. La habitual base suave de IPA DB conserva toda la bebibilidad que siempre tiene esta cerveza.

This months IPA DB is classic combination of hops that play really well off each other: Citra and Loral. We all love the punchy citrus and tropical fruit forward notes of Citra but with Loral in tow the star hop is elevated to another level. Even more Citra like than Citra. It enhances the citrus and tropical notes and adds a herbal dimension that really rounds out the overall hop profile. The usual soft IPA DB base retains all the drinkability this beer always has.
