MYSTICORE. Esta es una de esas IPA que nos encanta beber. Tiene un lúpulo que podría encajar fácilmente en cualquier tipo de IPA, pero es una mezcla de los más nuevos y los más antiguos. Cargada de Citra, Centennial y Amarillo, rebosa sorbete de melocotón mezclado con ralladura de naranja y pomelo. Se completa con notas florales y de pino. La malta de cebada y avena le aporta toda la cremosidad que se pueda pedir, equilibrada con un suave toque amargo.

This is one of those IPA’s that we just love to drink. It has a hop bill that could easily fit into any variation of IPA but is a blend of newer and older. Loaded with Citra, Centennial and Amarillo this is oozes peachy sherbet mixed with orange and grapefruit zest. It is rounded out by piney and floral notes. A stripped back malt bill of barley and oats give all the creaminess you could want which is blanced by a soft bitter kiss.
