NIGHTGLOW, nuestra segunda colaboración escandinava, es una West Coast IPA elaborada con nuestrxs amigxs de Stigbergets (Suecia), una westcoast cargada de notas cítricas, a pino y grosellas. Una combinación de lúpulos guapisima: Centennial (Oli, the Stiggys nos dijo «quiero Centennial a saco»), Amarillo, Nelson y Strata, sobre una malta base de extra pale con un pelín de trigo. Limpia, seca y amarga, ideal para que los lúpulos brillen.
It’s dank up north! This west coast IPA brewed with Stigbergets is a big citrus, piney, gooseberry number. A beauty of a hop blend of Centennial (Oli from Stiggys said «just give me loads of Centennial»), Amarillo, Nelson and Strata is laid over a stripped back extra pale malt base that has a little bit of wheat. This clean, dry and bitter IPA is built to let the hops shine.
