SOMETHING PROFOUND es nuestra nueva TIPA y es una fiesta de frutas tropicales y cítricos. Aquí regresamos a la lupulación multietapa agregando lúpulo a lo largo de todo el proceso tanto en la parte fria y caliente. Mash Hopping, first wort hopping, boil hopping, whirlpool hopping, pre fermentation dry hopping, mid fermentation dry hopping y post fermentation dry hopping. Con un mix de Ekuanot, Mosaic y Azacca cryo y T90, esta tipa presenta notas a lima, papaya, mango, piña ysobre un cuerpo suave y juicy

Something Profound is our new TIPA and it’s a tropical fruit and citrus fest. We have carried out our multi stage hopping on this beer where we have added hops throughout the process on both hot side and cold side. This means mash hopping, first wort hopping, boil hopping, whirlpool hopping, pre fermentation dry hopping, mid fermentation dry hopping and post fermentation dry hopping. Featuring a mix of Ekuanot, Mosaic and Azacca Cryo as well as T90 versions of those hops, this TIPA shows big notes of lime, papaya, mango, pineapple and some light grassy notes over a soft and juicy body.
