STOOD THERE IN WONDER, nuestra primera TIPA del nuevo año es una que va al hueso… cargada de cuatro lúpulos que resaltan vibras de melocotón. Primero tenemos HBC630 Cryo y El Dorado. El primero dandole melocotón y bayas a tope, mientras que el último, combina notas mas tropicales. Los acompañan una dosis contundente de Galaxy, con un toque a pera y maracuyá para terminar con Idaho-7 cryo. Fuimos a pleno en trigo y avena para el cuerpo más mullido y la fermentación fue con una levadura que resalta los toques frutales.

The first TIPA of the new year is one that really focuses on stone fruit character. Hit with four hops that really throw off big peachy vibes this one is a beauty. Taking the lead here are HBC630 Cryo and El Dorado. The former giving plenty of peach and berries while the later combines more tropical notes with its stone fruit character. Next in line is a firm dose of Galaxy with some pear and passion fruit followed by Idaho 7 Cryo. We’ve gone very heavy on the wheat and oats here to really fluff up the body here too to make this drink like a peach smoothy and all fermented with a yeast famed for its stone fruit esters.
