TAILS

TAILS es la versión West Coast de las contrast IPAs con Simcoe, strata y mosaic. Hace tiempo que teníamos ganas de usar una dosis gorda de Strata en una West Coast IPA. Creemos que es un lúpulo ideal para el estilo con sus notas fuertes a marihuana y pomelo rosado. Juegan en esta con Simcoe y Mosaic que aportan toques cítricos, a pino y frutas tropicales. Elaborada a la vieja usanza, con un amargor alto pero balanceado con algo de malta cristal para crear una west coast IPA como sebe ser, amarga y pegajosa que tiene la estructura perfecta para sostener el asalto de lúpulos.

The west coast version of Simcoe, Strata and Mosaic contrast IPAs. We have been dying to put a big dose of Strata into a west coast IPA for ages. We feel that it is a perfect hop for the style with lots of dank and pink grapefruit. Playing together with Simcoe and Mosaic you get lots of citrus, pine and some tropical fruit notes dancing on top. Brewed in the old school way with a high bitterness but balanced with some crystal malts to create a proper, bitter sticky west coast IPA that has the structure to hold up to the hop assault.
