UNNECESSARY SPACES

Outer Range (Colorado, EEUU) están teniendo un gran reconocimiento en los últimos años por sus birras, sobre todo por sus IPAs… En su último viaje por Europa, visitaron Sant Andreu para elaborar una DIPA en colaboración, tomando prestada una técnica que ellos vienen trabajando hace un tiempo. Agregar a una lista de lúpulos bien de zumo, un toque de un lúpulo noble alemán.. algo que no es muy común pero le da una nueva dimensión a un estilo que siempre está bien dispuesto a nuevos retos. En este caso, una malta base super mullida, sobre la que añadimos una muy buena cantidad de Citra, Azacca, Azacca cryo y un toque de Saphir T45. Citra y Azacca son bien conocidos por sus notas tropicales, fruta de hueso y cítricas. Mientras que Saphir le da esa nota a hierbas y mandarina que le da una dimensión extra, mientras que aumenta la bebilidad

Colorado’s Outer Range are gaining huge plaudits for their beers over the last couple of years and when there IPA’s are so good it’s no surprise. So while they were on a recent trip to Europe they came down to Garage HQ and we brewed up a juicy DIPA borrowing a technique that they have become known for. Adding a small sprinkling of a German noble like hop to what is a very juicy hop bill may not be common but it adds a new dimension to a style that always welcomes a new take. In this case we built a very fluffy malt base on which we layered loads of Citra, Azacca, Azacca Cryo and a touch of Saphir T45 pellets. While Citra and Azacca are well known for big citrus, tropical and stone fruit notes, Saphir brings a herbal tangerine note to the beer that really adds another dimension and enhances drinkibility.
