No hay nada de \u201cextra\u00f1o\u201d (perd\u00f3n por el juego de palabras) en esta colaboraci\u00f3n, teniendo en cuenta que alrededor del 25% del equipo de Garage viene de Buenos Aires o muy cerca. Lo realmente extra\u00f1o es que no hayamos hecho una collab con alguien de all\u00e1 antes. Las \u00faltimas veces que Nahuel, uno de los nuestros, fue a visitar a su familia, siempre volvi\u00f3 con un par de birras de Strange Brewing. As\u00ed que la semilla qued\u00f3 plantada, la idea dio vueltas entre los colegas y la hicimos realidad.<\/p>\n
Ellos son fans de los mapaches, y tambi\u00e9n son muy conocidos por hacer birras s\u00faper bebibles, de esas que te puedes tomar varias. Aman la calidad y la cantidad. As\u00ed que elegimos un estilo que nos enamor\u00f3 hace un par de a\u00f1os: una WEST COAST PILS. Un h\u00edbrido entre una west coast IPA y una pilsner. Todo el power del l\u00fapulo que nos flipa, fermentada a baja temperatura y con una levadura m\u00e1s limpia, para que malta y l\u00fapulo sean los protagonistas.<\/p>\n
A veces hay que mirar atr\u00e1s y admitir que los cl\u00e1sicos son la hostia, as\u00ed que por suerte todav\u00eda tenemos algo de ‘Double RR’ Citra por aqu\u00ed, que grita c\u00edtrico, y lo juntamos con Simcoe, Centennial y MOSAIC. Resultado: un cl\u00e1sico atemporal, renovado para 2025. C\u00edtrica, herbal y un pel\u00edn dank. Parece una lager, se bebe como una lager, pero tu lengua sabe que viene de la West Coast persiguiendo a David Hasselhoff por la playa.<\/p>\n
There is nothing ‘STRANGE’ about this collab, pardon the pun, with about 25% of the Garage workforce coming from or very close to Buenos Aires in Argentina, it is ‘STRANGE’ that we have not done a collab with anyone from over there yet. The last few times that our very own Nahuel has been home visiting family, he has always come back with a couple of bottles of beers from these guys – Strange Brewing. So the seed was planted, the idea was batted about over there been the guys, then we made it a reality.<\/p>\n
They are mad for Racoons, also very well known for making smashable sessionable beers, it’s the quality and quantity that they love. So we opted for a style that we also fell in love with 2 years ago, a WEST COAST PILS.. The hybrid of a west coast ipa and a pilsner. All the hop charge that we love and are known for but fermented at a lower temperature, cleaner yeast profile, to let the malt and hops be the protagonists.<\/p>\n
We sometimes have to look back at the classics and acknowledge that they are fucking good, so thankfully we still have some selected ‘Double RR’ Citra in the house, which screams citrus, putting that alongside Simcoe, Centennial & MOSAIC, we have the makings of an all time classic, revamped for 2025.. Citrus, grassy and little dank. Looks like a lager, drinks like a lager but tells your tongue she is from the West Coast and chasing David Hasselhoff down the beach.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
