HOKUTO CHIMERA – Garage x UCHU \u2013 DIPA L\u00daPULOS Nectaron, citra e idaho 7<\/strong>
Nos juntamos con nuestro buen amigo Masahiro de UCHU Brewing, desde la provincia rural de Yamanashi, justo a los pies del Monte Fuji. Nos visit\u00f3 en la f\u00e1brica en Barcelona el verano pasado, y dej\u00f3 huella en el equipo con su buen rollo y sus dotes de baile. Despu\u00e9s de unas cervezas, naci\u00f3 esta collab. Solo faltaba una fecha de cocci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Inspir\u00e1ndonos en c\u00f3mo ambos equipos dise\u00f1amos DIPAs jugosas y atrevidas, hemos creado este monstruo de avena y turbidez. Incluso replicamos el perfil de agua de Jap\u00f3n y usamos algunos de los toques \u00fanicos de Masahiro en dry hopping y en la maduraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Quer\u00edamos la m\u00e1xima jugosidad, as\u00ed que presentamos por primera vez en Garage el l\u00fapulo neozeland\u00e9s Nectaron<\/strong>. Hermano del Waimea, viene cargado de pi\u00f1a y, como su nombre indica, un mont\u00f3n de nectarina. Se une a una mezcla brutal de Citra e Idaho 7<\/strong> en todos sus formatos: Spectrum, T90 y Cryo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Prep\u00e1rate para una DIPA de color amarillo p\u00e1lido, suave como una nube y peligrosamente bebible.

Garage x UCHU \u2013 Juicy DIPA Collab<\/strong>
We\u2019ve teamed up with our good friend Masahiro from UCHU Brewing, based in rural Yamanashi \u2013 right at the foot of Mount Fuji. He visited us here in Barcelona last summer, charming the brew team with his good vibes and serious dance moves. After a few beers, the idea for this collab was born \u2013 we just needed a brew date.<\/p>\n

Inspired by how both breweries craft bold and juicy DIPAs, we\u2019ve brewed up this oaty, hazy monster. We\u2019re even replicating UCHU\u2019s water profile and including a few of Masahiro\u2019s unique techniques in dry hopping and conditioning.<\/p>\n

To max out the juice, we\u2019re introducing the incredible NZ hop Nectaron<\/strong> (making its Garage debut!). A sister to Waimea, it\u2019s bursting with pineapple and \u2013 as the name suggests \u2013 sweet nectarine. It’s paired with a dangerously fruity blend of Citra and Idaho 7<\/strong>, used in Spectrum, T90, and Cryo formats<\/strong> for layered complexity.<\/p>\n

Expect a pale yellow, soft and pillowy DIPA that drinks way too easy.
