BEEPSTORM – Oat Cream IPA en colaboración con Mountain Culture
¡Pat y Jumbo son una pareja legendaria! Contactamos con ellos con ganas de hacer una birra juntos aquí en Barcelona. Como muchos, pasamos mucho tiempo viendo contenido cervecero en redes, y sus cervezas destacaban. Un colega que vive en las Blue Mountains cerca de Sídney nos confirmó lo que sospechábamos: hacen birrotes. Y uno en particular brillaba: su Oat Cream IPA.

Con una videollamada tempranera (y pintas de desayuno para Dan), pusimos en marcha esta colaboración tan esperada. ¿Lo mejor? ¡También la van a elaborar y lanzar ellos a la vez en Australia!

BEEPSTORM es una Oat Cream IPA con mucho cuerpo (¡ojo, no es apta para veganos!) con notas cítricas y frutos rojos gracias al lúpulo Cashmere y Mosaic. Todo sobre una base suave de melón y coco del lúpulo HBC 1019. Como ordeñar una planta de lúpulo y tirarle una macedonia encima.

Prepárate para turbidez, cremosidad y una explosión de sabor.

Pat and Jumbo – what a legendary duo! We reached out to them wanting to make a beer together here in Barcelona. Like many people, we spend a lot of time browsing craft beer content on social media, and their beers really stood out. A friend of ours who lives in the Blue Mountains near Sydney vouched for their quality – especially one: their iconic Oat Cream IPA.

So, with a very early morning Zoom call for Dan (breakfast pints included), we kicked off this exciting collab. Even better? It’s also being brewed and released by them in Australia at the same time. Double launch!

BEEPSTORM is a full-bodied Oat Cream IPA (not vegan-friendly, sorry!) with bold citrus and berry notes from Cashmere and Mosaic hops. It’s balanced by a smooth backbone of honeydew melon and coconut from the HBC 1019 hop. It’s like squeezing fresh hop juice straight from the vine and tossing in a tropical fruit salad.

Expect haze. Expect creaminess. Expect flavour overload.
