Otra parada en nuestro viaje por los lúpulos del nuevo mundo es NORTH HOBART, TAS. Todas ellas con la misma base de malta suave, ligera y cremosa gracias a la aportación de copos de avena y trigo. Esta cerveza está lupulada hasta las cejas con Galaxy, Vic Secret y Eclispse, que aportan una mezcla de piña, melocotón, naranja y algo de pino. Un ligero matiz herbáceo redondea esta completa IPA.
A trio of IPA’s coming your way featuring hops from the three New World hop powerhouses. All featuring the same soft malt base that is light and creamy thanks to judicious additions of flaked oats and wheat. This one is hopped to the gills with Galaxy, Vic Secret and Eclispse bringing a mix of pineapple, peach, orange and some pine to the table. A slight herbal undertone rounds out this full on IPA.
