No sólo estamos elaborando la Ziplocked ’24, sino que también te estamos dando una versión West Coast IPA para complacer a todos los fans de la cerveza clara. Una base súper limpia y pálida ha sido invadida por cantidades masivas de este lúpulo en el kettle, en el whirlpool y en el dry hop. El resultado es una WCIPA amarga con enormes notas brillantes de ralladura de pomelo y lima, anillos de melocotón y maracuyá que se bebe con una facilidad increible. Un final seco con un toque casi herbáceo hacen de esta cerveza una que no podemos parar de beber.
This year our (and your) luck has been doubled. Not only are we brewing Ziplocked ’24, we are also giving you a West Coast IPA iteration to please all of the clear beer fans out there! A super clean and pale base has been assaulted by massive amounts of this hop in the kettle, whirlpool and in dry hop. The result is a bitter WCIPA with huge bright notes of grapefruit and lime zest, peach rings and passion fruit that drinks with incredible ease. A dry finish with an almost sherbety feel make this belter one that we can’t put down.
